pencilligraphy

Pencil + Calligraphy = Pencilligraphy.

Pencilligraphy is my version of “calligraphy” executed primarily through pencils: chalk pencils, mechanical pencils, 6B pencils… but occasionally no pencil at all. It started with me taking pictures of my journal entries (typically “pencilligraphized” while meditating on a verse or thought), and has evolved into a little side business for wall art, wedding signage, and greeting cards. I guess I should note that I also stopped using pencils, but the name has stuck.
